Run your recording studio from your pocket. Clock in from the Lock Screen, see who is on shift, prep the room before the client arrives. Pulse is the free iPhone companion to the Pulse web tool for recording studios. It is built for the people on the floor: engineers, assistants, front desk, and the manager who needs to know what is happening right now. TODAY Clock in and out with one tap. Your running shift shows in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen, and you can clock out from there without opening the app. See who else is on shift and what is booked next. SCHEDULE Seven days of sessions across every room. Confirm, reschedule, extend, or assign an engineer from the session itself. PATCH Every device in the room, every input and output, and what is connected to what. Change a connection on the phone and the studio's patch record updates. PREP Arrival prep and session checklists so the room is ready before the client walks in and closed out properly after they leave. DASHBOARD AND MONEY Bookings, invoices, and payments at a glance. Record a payment or send an invoice reminder from the phone. RECEIPTS AND BANKING Capture a receipt or choose an image/PDF, review the extracted details, and match it to an expense. Receipt reading asks permission before sharing the document with Google Gemini. Connect a supported US bank through Plaid in Integrations to import balances and transactions for bookkeeping. Review expenses, reconciliation and profit-and-loss reports with the permissions your studio provides. WORKS OFFLINE Ordinary studio edits queue on the phone and sync when you are back online. Sign-in, bank connections and receipt uploads require internet. Pulse for iPhone requires an existing Pulse studio account. Studio owners, including solo operators, and invited staff sign in to their studio's workspace and see what their role allows. Nothing is sold in this app. Push alerts for shift and clock reminders can be turned off in Settings. You can delete your account from More, Account.
