Mydeas is a notes app with real notebooks, nested tags and rich text that syncs to every device you own, lets you edit with other people in real time, and stays out of your way. NOTEBOOKS AND NESTED TAGS Organize the way you already think: notebooks with color accents, tags that nest inside other tags, and search that understands notebook: and tag: filters. No stacks, spaces or databases to set up first. RICH NOTES ON YOUR PHONE Headings, lists, task lists with due dates, tables, code blocks, quotes, and attachments: photos, video, audio and PDF. Scan a document with the camera and the text inside it becomes searchable. WRITE TOGETHER, LIVE Share a note or a whole notebook with view, edit or full access and watch edits and cursors appear as they happen. Comment on notes, assign tasks to someone with a due date, and publish a read-only public link you can revoke at any time. WORKS OFFLINE Edits are stored on the device and merge when you are back online. NOTE HISTORY Every note keeps its history. Browse earlier versions and restore one from your phone. BRING YOUR NOTES WITH YOU Import from Evernote (.enex) and Notion (Markdown export). Export any note as Markdown or HTML, or download your whole account, attachments included, as a ZIP. Export is never gated behind a paid plan. AI IS OFF UNTIL YOU TURN IT ON There is one clearly labeled toggle. Off by default. When you turn it on, the text of the note you act on is sent to Anthropic for that one action (clean up, summarize, edit) and nothing else is sent. ONE PLAN, PLAIN NUMBERS Free: 500 notes, 100 MB of attachments, 3 devices, every feature included. A paid plan lifts those limits. Any change to limits or price is announced in advance and never applied retroactively. Your notes are encrypted in transit and stored on our servers so search, scanning, sharing and optional AI can work. Mydeas is not end-to-end encrypted, and we say so plainly.
