- New: turn the lab bench all the way round and step into a space lobby. A curved window looks out on deep space, with Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune and the Earth and Moon hanging outside. - In the middle of the lobby, a working model of the solar system: the Sun and all eight planets turning on their orbits, with Saturn's rings and the Moon circling the Earth. - Watch for the occasional shooting star through the window. - The lab now opens noticeably faster, and turning the bench round is smoother.

Lab Drops: a new chemistry tool opens in the lab every month. Twelve of them, one per month, each announced with a notification and a short intro the first time you open the app after it lands. Install late and you get every tool released so far, straight away. This season: - Elemental Speller - write any word in element symbols and see what it weighs - Atom Builder - add protons, neutrons and electrons and watch the atom change - Trend Map - the whole periodic table as a heat map of seven properties - Mystery Element - a daily guessing puzzle with streaks - Gas Law Chamber - heat and squeeze a piston full of moving molecules - Orbital Filler - fill orbitals electron by electron, exceptions included - Half-Life Lab - watch 400 nuclei decay, then date a sample with carbon-14 - Balance Anything - type any equation and get it balanced with an atom count - Solution Maker - the grams to weigh out, the method, and dilutions - pH Mixer and Titration - exact pH for strong and weak acids, plus the curve - Shape Shifter - build a molecule and see its shape in 3D - Discovery Timeline - watch the periodic table fill up through history Every tool is free during its own month. Kimiya Pro keeps all twelve for good and unlocks each new one 7 days early.

The bench has been rebuilt, and there are three new practicals. - A far more realistic lab: studio lighting, glass that reads as glass, soft shadows and caustics under the glassware, and a full room around the workbench. - Identify the ions: run the standard reagent tests on a sample, collect the gas over limewater and test it with a splint or litmus paper, then work out which salt you were given. - Chromatography: separate inks, food colourings and leaf pigments in three solvents, measure Rf straight off the paper, and match an unknown ink to the pen that wrote it. - Separate and purify: filter off what did not dissolve, boil the solution down, and stop at the crystallisation point to grow crystals rather than powder. - Solids now settle as a heap, liquids show their depth, and grown crystals catch the light. - Faster and smoother throughout, especially while a reaction is running. The three new practicals are part of Kimiya Pro.
