VectONN Team is the team app for employees of companies that run VectONN, a business management platform. Your tasks, calendar, team conversations and field work live in one app on your phone and tablet.
TASKS
See the tasks assigned to you with due dates and status. Update status and progress and add comments. If you are a manager, the My Team section shows your team members' open work; you create and assign tasks for your team and turn a multi-step job into tasks in one go with ready-made process templates.
CALENDAR
Create meetings, appointments and reminders and invite colleagues. Task due dates appear in the calendar too. Meetings you are invited to show up in your own calendar.
END-TO-END ENCRYPTED CHAT AND CALLS
Chat one-to-one with colleagues and send photos, documents and voice messages. Make voice and video calls. Messages and calls are end-to-end encrypted with the Signal Protocol: only the people in the conversation can see the content. No one else, including VectONN's servers and your company's administrators, can read the messages or listen to the calls. You can delete a sent message for everyone within one hour and forward a message to another chat.
E-MAIL
Add your own e-mail account (IMAP, POP3, SMTP) to read, write, reply and forward. Multiple accounts, folders, attachments, signatures and server-side search are supported. The phone connects directly to your mail server; your password stays only in the device Keychain and never passes through VectONN's servers. Remote images are off by default, so senders cannot track whether you opened their message. Block unwanted senders with one tap.
SECTIONS THAT DEPEND ON YOUR COMPANY
Quotes: Follow whether quotes sent to customers were read, accepted or sent back for revision, and resend a quote by e-mail or SMS. With the right permission you approve a draft quote.
CRM: See your sales opportunities, move them between stages and log activities such as notes, calls and meetings.
Service: See your field service jobs, move them forward and add parts, labour and travel lines. Hand the job over with the customer's signature on screen. See upcoming maintenance visits and open a service form from a visit with one tap. If the connection drops, entries wait in a queue and are sent when you are back online.
Documents: Open and download files from your company's document pool.
The sections you see depend on what your company uses in VectONN and on your user permissions.
NOTIFICATIONS AND AVAILABILITY
New messages, incoming calls and quote updates arrive as notifications; business notifications you missed stay in the Notifications inbox. Do Not Disturb, daily quiet hours and an automatic reply keep notifications quiet outside working hours. The setting is enforced on the server.
TEAM DIRECTORY
Browse and search your colleagues with photos and reach them by phone or e-mail with one tap. Update your own profile photo and contact details.
SECURITY
An app lock with Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode can be turned on. Screen content is hidden in the app switcher. Your password is not stored on the device; the session is kept in the device's secure storage. If another user signs in on the same device, the previous user's chats, call history and e-mail accounts are removed from it.
Works on iPhone and iPad, with light and dark themes, accent colour and font choice.
REQUIREMENTS
VectONN Team is for companies that use VectONN, a business management platform sold to companies. Your company administrator creates your user account; there is no sign-up in the app. Sign-in asks for Customer No, user name and password. The app is free and has no in-app purchases. The app interface is currently in Turkish.

- Tabs that do not fit the bottom bar move to the More menu.
