Hady (هادي, "the guide") teaches you to read, write and speak Arabic, so the Quran and the classical books open to you without a translation. It follows the Madinah Books curriculum, Duroos al-Lughah al-Arabiyyah used in Islamic universities and study circles worldwide, and turns it into something you can work through on your own, a few minutes a day. WHAT A LESSON LOOKS LIKE Each lesson walks you through the same steps a teacher would. Watch. A video lesson and notes. Meet the words. Every new word is introduced with its meaning, read aloud in a natural Arabic voice, and drilled until you recall it. Practise. Fill in the blanks, build sentences, translate in both directions. Your answers are read properly rather than matched letter for letter, so a valid alternative still counts. Speak. Read the Arabic aloud and see which words came out right and which need work. Write. Photograph your handwritten Arabic and have it checked. Prove it. A mastery check ends each lesson. Pass it and the next lesson opens. REVIEW THAT KNOWS WHAT YOU FORGET Every word you learn enters a spaced repetition schedule.
