Koolay Events Mobile

Event & room check-in

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Run your nonprofit's event from your phone — check in guests, manage rooms, document with photos, and draw raffle winners, all in one place. Koolay Events Mobile is the on-site companion app for nonprofits running events, galas, and programs. Check in guests, manage rooms, capture photos, and draw raffle winners — right from your phone, without extra hardware or a laptop at the door. Built for the person working the event, not the back office. EVENT CHECK-IN Check in attendees in seconds. See who has arrived and keep your front desk moving during busy arrivals. ROOM CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Track the status of every room in your venue in real time — not started, checked in, or checked out. Perfect for programs, shelters, and multi-room facilities. PHOTO DOCUMENTATION Capture the condition of a room at check-in and check-out. Add a note, attach photos, and submit — a clear record for every space, every time. RAFFLE Run a raffle from your phone and draw winners on the spot during your event. BUILT FOR TEAMS Sign in with your Koolay account and everything is scoped to your organization. Remember your login for fast access at the next event. WHY KOOLAY Koolay gives mid-to-large nonprofits one connected platform for donations, events, members, grants, and their website — replacing a stack of disconnected tools. This app puts the event-day essentials in your pocket. A Koolay account is required to use this app.
