Know Your Bills answers the question a banking app never does: what's coming, and how much should I be putting by?
Write down what you pay and when. Every bill — weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual — is shown over the same period, so you can compare them honestly and see a heavy month before it arrives.
TWO WAYS TO READ A YEAR
Spread evenly tells you what to put aside each month: a £240 annual bill is £20 a month, every month, including the eleven when nothing is charged.
The timetable — one of the analysis tools below — tells you which months actually bite. Both are right: they answer different questions, and the app is built around using them together.
WHAT IT DOES, FREE
• Every bill on one rhythm, so nothing is left out of the total
• Savings pots, to put money aside against bills you know are coming
• Reminders before a bill renews, and a note when a price changes
• A name is enough to save a bill; everything else has a sensible default
THE ANALYSIS TOOLS
The timetable of what's really due each month, what's still to pay before payday, bills by any date range, charts and trends, splitting bills across a household, and export and backup. Try them free for 30 days: the trial is a free item from the App Store, which you start whenever you choose. After 30 days they close again unless you make a single one-off purchase, which keeps them for good. There is no subscription, nothing to cancel and nothing is ever charged automatically — and everything under "What it does, free" stays free either way.
YOUR BILLS ARE YOURS
No account. No sign-in. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising. Your bills live on your device and are backed up to your own iCloud, which we cannot read. The app makes one outbound request — for the list of help resources — and it sends nothing about you when it does.
GETTING HELP
The app lists free, independent UK debt and benefits services: Citizens Advice, Citizens Advice Scotland, Advice NI, StepChange and others. Those listings are never paid placements and never carry an affiliate link. That is a rule, not a preference.
Know Your Bills organises and forecasts bills you enter yourself. It is not financial advice, it does not connect to your bank, and it never moves money.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
A new design to try, alongside the one you know.
• New leads with what's left to pay before payday, split between your account and your savings pot, and a tick to say you've put this month's amount aside. Bills, Insights and More each get their own tab. Try it from the card on Home, or in Settings › Design, and switch back any time.
• Clearer colours: every theme is easier to read, and orange now only means something needs your attention.
• Smaller fixes: Add bill waits until you've typed before pointing out what's missing, and Help & account details no longer pushes Settings down as it loads.
