Live vehicle positions across İstanbul, arrival times you can act on, and trip planning that keeps working when the signal drops Vapio shows you what is actually moving in İstanbul right now. LIVE, NOT A GUESS Buses report their own positions, and Vapio draws them on the map as they move. The number at the top tells you how many vehicles are reporting inside the area you are looking at. When a line has nothing live, Vapio says so and falls back to the timetable instead of leaving you with an empty screen. SHOULD YOU RUN? Open a stop and the first thing you see is the next departure: which line, heading where, and how fresh that estimate is. Green comes from a real vehicle. Grey comes from the schedule. You always know which one you are reading. EVERY LINE IN THE CITY Bus, metro, Marmaray, Metrobüs, tram, funicular and ferry. Search a line by number and see how many vehicles are on the road at this moment, both directions, drawn end to end on the map. TRIPS THAT WORK WITHOUT A SIGNAL Journey planning runs on your phone, so results appear with no waiting and keep working underground or when the network drops. Live arrival times need a connection; everything else does not. YOUR STOPS, ALWAYS READY Save the stops you use and they sit on the map showing the next departure, each on a twenty-minute rail so you can see the gaps before you leave the house. FOLLOW ONE BUS Picked the vehicle you want? Track it. The map follows it and, on iOS, a card on your lock screen tells you how far away it is without unlocking your phone. DISRUPTIONS, WITHOUT THE NOISE İstanbul produces hundreds of service notices a day. Vapio folds them into a short summary and tells you separately when a line you saved is affected. FIVE LANGUAGES English, Türkçe, 简体中文, 繁體中文 and العربية. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Everything works without signing in. Sign in only if you want your saved stops and lines on a new phone, or a reply to your feedback. Vapio is built by an independent developer. There is no advertising and no analytics code in the app — journey planning happens on your device, so we never see where you are going.
