Now - One Thing at a Time
Time Tracker for Phone & Watch
Free · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
What doesn't get tracked doesn't get the chance to improve.
Now is a time tracker with one rule: there is always exactly one thing running. Tap a category and whatever you were doing stops. No overlapping timers, no forgotten ones, no tidying up later. At the end of the day you get an honest answer to where the time went.
ONE TAP, FROM ANYWHERE
Switch from the app, from a home-screen widget, or from your watch. Now runs on Apple Watch, Wear OS and Pebble, so you can track your day without taking the phone out.
A BUZZ WHEN YOU'VE DRIFTED
Put a limit on the things that swallow hours. Cross it and your phone or watch buzzes. Enough to pull you out of the game, not enough to nag. Daily budgets per category too, and quiet hours so nothing buzzes at night.
STATS THAT ADD UP
Daily totals and where each hour went, by category, in whatever time zone you choose.
YOURS, OFFLINE
No account. Nothing leaves your phone unless you say so. Export to a spreadsheet, or back everything up as JSON and bring it to a new phone.
COMING NEXT
Sync between your phones, and an opt-in weekly summary written from your own numbers.
Now is free. The only thing it sends anywhere is anonymous usage statistics, and you can turn that off in Settings.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
New: a Today's budgets widget. Give a category a daily budget and the widget shows how much of it you have used today, as a bar and a percentage, one row per category. The running one moves as you go, and a percentage turns red once you are past the budget. Comes in small, medium and large.
To set a budget, edit a category and turn on "When today's total runs past a budget".
