Brick Residence in Bar, Montenegro: find your apartment by size, explore the neighbourhood on the map and request an offer in one tap. mih PLACES is the app of mih Holding, the developer behind Brick Residence in Bar, Montenegro, and further projects across Europe. Looking for a home by the sea? Browse every project without an account: real photos, available apartments by size, prices and the neighbourhood, from the beach to the old town and the marina. Found the one? Request an offer in one tap and our sales team gets back to you. Already bought? From the day you sign, the app keeps everything in one place: • Payments: every instalment with amount and due date, bank details and your receipts • Documents: purchase contract, floor plan and handover papers, protected with Face ID • Construction: monthly progress from the site and what comes next • Purchase journey: which phase you are in and what follows • Handover: the checklist up to the day you receive your keys • Services: cleaning, repairs, maintenance and more. Pick a date, add photos, accept the quote and follow your request until it is done Own more than one apartment? Switch with one tap. Payments, documents and requests always belong to the apartment you choose. Notifications tell you when an instalment is due, a document arrives or the site has news. You decide which ones you receive. Available in English, German, Montenegrin and Bosnian. Accounts are created by mih after your purchase. For the mih team, the same app is the mobile workplace for sales, construction and concierge. Questions? Write to info@mihplaces.com.
