Neon Shift is a one-thumb arcade runner built on a single rule: your ship glows in one of two colours, and so does every barrier racing toward you. Match the colour and you pass straight through it. Get it wrong and the run is over.
Swipe left or right to change lane. Tap anywhere to switch colour. That is the whole control scheme, and you will need both within the first ten seconds.
Every barrier you match scores, and it raises a multiplier that climbs to ×8 — but the multiplier also drives the speed, so a good run makes itself harder. Slip past a whole row without matching anything and you keep your life but lose the streak. Surviving is easy. Scoring is not.

The whole game is open with no account at all, for as long as you like. An account is free and optional: it saves your high score off the phone, puts you on the leaderboard, and carries your cosmetics and supporter badge across every Neon Labs game, including the ones we ship next.

The whole game is free to play, start to finish. No banner ads, no full-screen interruptions, no data harvesting. What you install is the game and nothing else.
Optional extras — cosmetic only
If you want to make the run your own, there are three extra colour palettes — Cyber Gold, Matrix and Sunset Drive — two more ship hulls, two particle trails, and an extra soundtrack pack. All seven cosmetics are also sold together in one discounted bundle. You can also leave a tip to support development. Everything you can buy is optional and purely cosmetic: nothing changes how a run plays out, no cosmetic makes a barrier easier to read, and there is no pay-to-win, ever.
