Callingo is a language tutor you talk to. Open the app, pick a language, and start speaking.
A CALL, NOT A LESSON
- Tap once and you are in a live voice conversation. The tutor listens, answers, and keeps things moving at your level.
- Choose how to practise: free conversation, role-play (a cafe, an interview, the airport), grammar, vocabulary or pronunciation.
- Stuck mid-sentence? Ask for a hint, ask the tutor to slow down, to repeat, or to explain in your own language, without breaking the call.
- Describe your own situation in your own words, such as "I have a job interview tomorrow", and Callingo builds that scenario for you.
AFTER THE CALL
- A report of what you actually said: every correction shows your sentence next to a natural version of it.
- Phrases worth keeping, and one clear thing to focus on next.
- Review cards built from your own mistakes, scheduled to come back right before you would forget them.
- Progress you can see: minutes, streaks and four skill scores (grammar, vocabulary, communication, task completion), shown only once there is enough evidence to be honest about them.
- A short plan: the next three things to do, each with the reason it was chosen.
SIX LANGUAGES
Practise English, Spanish, German, French, Italian or Turkish, with explanations in your own language. Levels A1 to C2.
IT REMEMBERS
Your goal, your level and the mistakes you keep repeating carry over, so the next call continues from the last one instead of starting from zero.
SUBSCRIPTION
Calls are metered by the minute against your plan's allowance, and you can top up if you need more. Prices and allowances are always shown before you buy. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple subscription settings.
HONEST LIMITS
The tutor is an AI. It can mishear you, or correct something that was already fine, and transcripts are machine-generated. Callingo is built for one thing: the habit of speaking out loud. It is not a certificate, an exam result or a replacement for a teacher.
PRIVACY
Your audio is never recorded or stored. Call transcripts and learning data stay on our own server, and deleting your account from the app deletes all of it.
