The free plan includes 3 habits, 1 thing you're quitting, 1 reminder per habit, the grid, the SOS and sharing. Pro unlocks unlimited habits and quits, every chart, widgets, Apple Watch, the Live Activity counter, 5 reminders per habit, app icons, backup and export, and every share style.
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it's cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings.
