What's new • Reliability improvements: the code that runs alongside the interface has been reviewed and verified. No changes to features or data. • Less memory and a more responsive window when the list holds hundreds of images, both while they load and while they are resized. Thanks for using Resizo.

WHAT'S NEW • Drag whole folders into the window, or pick them from "Add Images…": Resizo adds every image inside, subfolders included. • Adding lots of photos no longer freezes the window: images load in the background, with a progress bar. • Much less memory when resizing large HEIC and PNG photos. • A notice reminds you that only the first frame of animated GIFs and multi-page files is saved. FIXES • With the "Original" format, JPEGs were saved at the last quality you picked, but the Quality slider was hidden: it now shows there too. • A huge width or height typed by mistake can no longer exhaust memory: the longest side is capped at 16,384 pixels. • Cancelling a batch now also reports the images that failed. • Your chosen destination folder is remembered even after you move or rename it.

A NEW LOOK • Three columns: your sources on the left, your images in the middle, the options on the right. • The list is now a table: name, new size, and status for every image at a glance. • Show or hide the options panel with ⌥⌘I — Resizo remembers your choice. • "Show in Finder" on any image: the original before resizing, the resized file afterwards. • A new app icon. FIXES • Some images opened but never saved: CMYK JPEGs (the kind prepared for print) and 8-bit palette PNGs failed when you resized them. They now resize and save like any other image.
