MyStudioWalker is the all-in-one management system for hair salons, nail studios, spas and beauty businesses across Southeast Asia. It is built for studio owners and the people who work with them — not for walk-in customers. APPOINTMENT CALENDAR Drag-and-drop scheduling across your whole team. Staff rosters with versioned schedules, leave and shift overrides, block time, waitlists and a group-booking flow for parties. POINT OF SALE Check out services and retail products in one flow. Split payments across methods, per-item discounts, package redemption, and receipts printed straight to a Bluetooth thermal printer from the app. STAFF COMMISSION Assign every sale line to the staff member who performed it. Per-service and tiered commission profiles calculate automatically, including assisted services, and feed straight into payslips. INVENTORY Stock receipts, movements and adjustments, with barcode scanning through the device camera. Low-stock visibility so you reorder before you run out. REPORTS Daily takings, sales by staff, customer retention and acquisition source, transaction fees and payment-method breakdowns. Accounting views for financial year, expenses and P&L. CUSTOMER RECORDS Visit and purchase history, treatment photos, digital consent forms, referral tracking and marketing preferences with proper consent handling. ONLINE BOOKING Each studio gets its own booking page your clients can use from any browser. Bookings land in the same calendar your team already works from. MULTI-OUTLET Run several branches under one organisation, with per-outlet staff, services and reporting. Works on iPhone and iPad. The app is free to download; an existing MyStudioWalker studio account is required to sign in.
