Mamo: Family Organizer

Plans, lists & life together

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Shared shopping lists, to-dos, calendars, and projects for your family. Plan everyday errands and life's celebrations, with less to remember and more time for each other. A little less to remember. A little more together. Mamo gives your family one place for everyday life: what to buy, what needs doing, what's coming up, and the details worth keeping. So it doesn't all have to live in one person's head. Share the shopping Make lists for weekly groceries, a favorite store, or a special occasion. Add several items at once, check off purchases, and use Buy Again to bring back the things you buy regularly. Optional smart categories help organize your lists on compatible devices. Share the things that need doing Assign to-dos, set priorities, and add dates and reminders when useful. Keep finished tasks separate from what's left. A useful to-do doesn't need a deadline. Bring the whole plan together Planning a birthday? Put cake shopping, party preparations, the event, and your notes in one project. Planning a road trip? Keep packing tasks, snacks, activities, and booking confirmations together. Everyone can see their part and help move things along. Know what's coming up See family events, routines, and birthdays in a shared calendar and a Home screen you can arrange your way. Choose when reminders arrive. Set routines to repeat every few days, weeks, or months, with an optional checkbox for each occurrence. Start with what you already have Import selected events from Apple Calendar, bring over to-dos or shopping items from Apple Reminders, or paste an existing list. Optional calendar sync shows your Mamo events in Apple Calendar. Keep the details worth remembering Write a quick note, pin something useful, or save a dated record with photos and PDFs. Keep birthdays, anniversaries, and meaningful dates close, with day counters and optional annual calendar entries. Make room for everyone Invite family members and create profiles for people without their own accounts. Choose whether an item is shared with your family or private to you. Add a family photo and message, and look back at the week. Bring friends into the plan Connect with other families, share event invitations, and RSVP with a family headcount. Friends can view a shared event link without a Mamo account. Explore public Community events in a chosen area, or publish an event you want to share more widely. Keep plans within reach Turn your iPad into a family display with a full-screen calendar and family message. Use the Apple Watch companion for Today, shopping, and to-dos with your paired iPhone. Widgets and Shortcuts put everyday actions closer at hand. Capture a thought Experimental Quick Capture turns English speech into item drafts on compatible devices. Review and choose what to save. Speech and AI processing stay on device; the items you save sync through Mamo. Explore a sample family before creating your own.
