KeepAlcove is a sexual health log that keeps everything on your phone. No account, no cloud, nothing uploaded. Your entries are encrypted behind a PIN you choose, with optional Face ID or Touch ID, and only leave the device if you export them. What you can keep Encounters, test results, status and PrEP updates, PEP courses, mood, and hormone therapy doses, each in your own words. No streaks, no scores, nothing that rewards or shames how often you log. Adherence at a glance Mark each daily PrEP dose and see every day since you started on the calendar, taken or not. A 28-day PEP course gets its own ring, dose by dose. Reminders say whatever you want them to say; nothing on the notification names the app. Testing, nearby Find community health centers near you by zip code, including LGBTQ+ focused ones, every one of them sliding scale, insured or not. When a test comes back, send a partner a ready-made message from your own phone. You are asked before a zip code is sent, every time. Vaccines and checkups Log the last dose of HPV, hepatitis A and B, mpox, meningitis, flu or COVID and KeepAlcove works out when the next one is due, on the CDC adult schedule, and finds pharmacies and health centers near you that give it. Hormone therapy, if you take it Estrogen, testosterone, blockers and anything else on your regimen, logged with one tap and a daily reminder. Off by default; nothing shows until you turn it on. Private by design Stealth mode gives every screen and reminder a neutral name. Change the icon to a notepad or a utilities app. Ads appear only on the lock screen, never near your data, and are never personalized. KeepAlcove Pro Testing reminders on your own interval, medication reminders, vaccine tracking, a summary for appointments, encrypted backup, and the home screen arranged your way. $4.99 a month or $34.99 a year after a 7-day free trial. Logging, encryption, the PIN, hormone tracking and a full export of your own data stay free. KeepAlcove is a personal record, not a medical service, and does not give medical advice.
