UNHEATED PLUS
Optional Unheated Plus adds your full diary history, month and year views of mood and confidence, check-in averages once you have enough entries, five more practices with full exercises, and your total craving check-in count. Choose a quarterly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Unheated uses manual stick logging. It does not connect to your tobacco device or automatically detect use. Savings are estimates based on your settings and confirmed logging days. The app does not calculate nicotine-dose equivalents between different products.
For adults 18 and over. Unheated supports self-monitoring and coping skills; it does not diagnose, treat or predict medical outcomes. A qualified health professional can advise you about stopping tobacco use.
