Pomodoro focus and rest cycles that loop automatically, a pause that keeps you on track, a focus calendar, playful themes, and Live Activities on your Lock Screen. Little While is a Pomodoro focus timer built around cycles of work and rest. Set your focus and break lengths, loop them automatically, follow the countdown from your Lock Screen, and see your focus time add up on a monthly calendar. FOCUS + REST CYCLES The Pomodoro method works because effort is paired with a real break. Set a focus block from 1 to 120 minutes and a rest period from 0 to 120 minutes. When focus ends, Little While alerts you and moves straight into rest, so the break is part of the plan instead of an afterthought. AUTOMATIC LOOPS Turn on Loop and the next focus block starts as soon as rest ends. Focus and rest repeat until you stop, and every completed cycle is counted, so a whole morning of deep work runs from a single tap. A PAUSE THAT KEEPS YOU GOING Pausing is intentionally short. A paused timer shows a one-minute countdown and then resumes on its own, so a quick interruption never quietly turns into an abandoned session. When you are truly done, stop the run and your progress is saved. HISTORY AND CALENDAR Every run is saved with its time, theme, progress, and completed cycles. A monthly calendar marks each day with a dot sized by how much you focused, and you can swipe back through past months to see your streaks. Delete any run you don't want to keep. PLAYFUL THEMES - Mr Smiles: a cheerful smiley face that bounces around your screen while you work. Grab him and flick him off the walls. - He Loves Me: a hand-drawn daisy that drops its petals one by one as the minutes pass. He loves me... he loves me not. Prefer to keep it simple? There's a minimal countdown too. LOCK SCREEN AND DYNAMIC ISLAND Live Activities show your remaining time and whether you are in focus or rest on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so your phone can stay face down while you work. ALERTS YOU WON'T MISS On iOS 26 or later, Little While schedules system alarms for the end of each focus and rest period that sound even in Silent mode or a Focus, and you can dismiss them right from the alert. Otherwise it uses local notifications when permitted. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, ads, analytics, or tracking. Your settings and history stay on your device. Includes VoiceOver support, adjustable duration controls, and Reduce Motion support. Requires iOS 18 or later.
