A quiet rule for your attention. TETSU helps you step away from distracting apps and make space for work, study, or a quieter evening. Choose your blocked apps, set your time, and commit. Your active session's rules stay fixed inside TETSU. COMMIT BEFORE THE DISTRACTION Choose the apps, categories, and websites you want to restrict using Apple's Screen Time picker. Start a focus session with a clear end time. You cannot soften the session by editing its rules while it is active. MAKE FOCUS A ROUTINE Set one recurring focus schedule and choose its weekdays. TETSU uses Apple's on-device Screen Time tools to apply scheduled restrictions and shows the schedule's status in the app. AN EXIT WITH A PAUSE If you need to leave a session early, request an early exit. Restrictions continue during a 15-minute wait. Return to TETSU afterward to confirm; a zero countdown does not automatically unlock your apps. The request covers only commitments active when requested. Later scheduled windows remain enabled, and schedule editing can stay fixed until the original window ends. Normal session endings follow the original rules; other overlapping restrictions may remain. QUIET BY DESIGN No streak pressure, leaderboards, or mascots. Just your commitment and the time that remains. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No TETSU account, advertising, analytics SDK, or cloud service. Your selections and focus settings stay on your device. Blocking works without an internet connection after setup. KNOW THE LIMITS TETSU requires Screen Time permission. You can revoke permission or remove the app. App and system problems can cause blocking to fail or release late; TETSU does not guarantee exact timing or make your iPhone impossible to bypass. It does not lock other devices or provide medical treatment. CHECK BEFORE YOU COMMIT Keep essential communication, medical, authentication, payment, travel and navigation tools available. A selected category may include services you need; TETSU has no configurable essential-app exception list. Check your selection and pinned schedule time zone. A schedule may apply immediately if saved or re-enabled during its window. Early exit is not emergency assistance. In a true emergency, do not wait for TETSU: use an available emergency-calling option, another phone or someone nearby.
