Survival setup now scrolls properly. Home tiles fill the page, and tablet and iPad layouts for matches, Journey and Career use the space better. The knockout stages are drawn as a real bracket, Setup has a Surprise me option that fills every nation, and the Champions card now says the title is won. Flag crops were refined. Adds optional iCloud backup of your progress (needs iCloud Drive). Fixes and polish. All match results are simulated.
