Supports Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and a flexible Other GLP-1 option. JabKeeper uses only the medication and dose you enter; it never recommends a dose or titration.
YOUR DATA
No account, advertising or analytics SDKs. Your diary stays in a local database on your device and is excluded from device backups. Uninstalling removes the local diary. Optional Health and Calendar exports are managed by Apple or your calendar provider and may remain after uninstalling.

JabKeeper is a diary, not a medical device, diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Follow your clinician’s prescribed medication, dose and timing. BMI, trends and goal dates are planning estimates, not medical advice or predictions of treatment results. Notifications may be affected by permissions, Focus settings and device conditions.
JabKeeper does not write dose records to Apple Health because HealthKit does not provide a writable medication-dose type. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. JabKeeper is independent and is not affiliated with any manufacturer.

Choose kg/cm, lb with ft/in, or st/lb with ft/in during setup and in Settings. Existing weight, height, goal and weekly-plan values convert automatically while preserving the underlying measurements. This update also improves locked-feature previews so users can understand each Pro feature before purchasing.
