Nobody has time to read all of it. poddub turns what shipped into a short podcast episode: paste the release notes, the memo, the summary your agents wrote, pick one narrator or two hosts, approve the script, and the episode lands on your team's private feed. Work doesn't need to be boring, and catching up doesn't need a desk. HOW IT WORKS Somebody pastes text or markdown into the app and picks the team it is for, one narrator or two hosts, a target length of 5, 10 or 15 minutes, and the language. poddub writes the script and stops. A reviewer reads it turn by turn, edits or regenerates anything, and approves it. Nothing is spoken before that. An approved episode is rendered with generated voices and published with chapters and a transcript. It appears in the app for everyone on the team, and on a personal feed address that works in Apple Podcasts, Overcast, Pocket Casts, Castro, YouTube Music and any other podcast app that takes a feed by URL. LISTENING - Every episode you can reach, newest first, with a filter per team. - Playback with the screen off, and from the lock screen, Control Center, headphones and Bluetooth. - Chapters, a transcript, and your position remembered for each episode. - Follow a public show by its address, and hide an episode you would rather not see. CREATING - Paste text or markdown into a team's source inbox and build an episode from one source or several: a release, a memo, a policy, the notes your agents left behind. - Two hosts or one narrator; 5, 10 or 15 minutes; English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese or Swedish. - Review the script turn by turn: edit a turn, regenerate a turn, regenerate the whole script, or approve it. - Publish to the team or to the whole organization, change who an episode is for, and unpublish it. ADMINISTRATION - Organizations and teams, members and roles, invitations accepted in the app. - Show settings: the voices, the disclosure wording, the default language and the artwork. - Personal feed links with subscribe instructions for each podcast app, and a replacement link if one has gone where it should not have. - Listeners, and when each of them last fetched a feed. - A public show with its own page and feed, so your customers can hear what you ship too, a report control on every public page, and a distribution checklist. BEYOND WORK A study group, a club, a family with a lot to share: poddub is for any group with reading nobody gets to. Same app, same private feeds. THE VOICES ARE GENERATED Every episode opens by saying that its voices are AI-generated, and the same sentence is carried in the episode description, in the feed and on any public page. An organization can reword it. It cannot remove it. Text is sent to third-party providers to write the script and to render the audio. The app asks for your consent before that happens, names every provider and the region it runs in, and lets you withdraw it in Settings. PLANS Creating episodes needs a plan. This version of poddub offers no plans and nothing to buy. Plans arrive in a later version. Until then, an organization with no plan cannot generate anything.
