BUILT FOR AI AGENTS — NOW OVER MCP Give your agents a real browser to work in — without giving them your desktop. Zuraffa ships a built-in Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Turn it on in Settings → Agent Access and any MCP client on your Mac — Claude Desktop, Cursor, Kimi, or your own — can drive real tabs: navigate, read the page, click, type, screenshot, search the web, and save any page as Markdown. • 19 MCP tools, no glue code. A complete browser surface: tabs and profiles, navigation and reading, clicking, typing, screenshots, web search and fetch, and Markdown conversion. • Turn any page into Markdown. One MCP call converts the page your agent is working on into a clean Markdown document — headings, links, lists, and code blocks included — ready for your notes, docs, or a pull request. In the app it is one right-click away, with a built-in reader for the raw Markdown and its preview. • A different identity per agent. Every agent works in its own isolated profile — its own cookies, storage, logins, and history, through its own proxy if you choose — so parallel agents never collide, with each other or with you. • No computer-use required. Agents drive the browser over MCP, not your mouse, keyboard, or screen: no screen recording, no accessibility permissions, no desktop control. • Local, token-protected, and opt-in. The endpoint binds to 127.0.0.1 only, never to an external interface, and every request must present a per-install token. It is off until you enable it, and an agent only sees the profiles it created or that you granted to it. • Chrome DevTools Protocol too. For stock Puppeteer or Playwright clients, the app can also serve CDP over WebSocket against the tabs you actually see. • You keep the window. Agents work in their own profiles while you work in yours — same app, no interference. PROFILE ISOLATION Every profile is a fully isolated browser session: its own cookies, storage, logins, and history. Switch between work, personal, and client profiles without ever signing out. EXPORT AND IMPORT YOUR PROFILES Move your entire setup between Macs in one encrypted bundle — profiles, cookies and logins, proxies, tab labels, and sessions — protected by a passphrase you choose. Import adds to what is already there. PER-PROFILE PROXIES Route each profile through its own HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS proxy, or set one global proxy. Live validation tells you whether a proxy works before you save it. TAB LABELS THAT SCALE Color-code and label your tabs, reopen whole sets of tabs per profile, and keep dozens of sessions organized. What's new in 1.4.0 THE FULL BROWSING KIT • Back and forward: toolbar buttons plus ⌘[ / ⌘] and ⌘← / ⌘→. • Find in page: ⌘F opens a find bar over the current tab, with match highlighting. • Search from the address bar: type a query and it goes to your search engine — DuckDuckGo by default, switchable in Settings, custom templates supported. • Downloads: files save through the app with a progress toast, and attachment links fall back to a system hand-off so unusual file types still arrive. • Bookmarks: star the current page and reopen it any time from the bookmarks list. • History: browsing history is recorded and searchable in its own panel.
