Tallyscan is a barcode scanner for people who need the data in a file, not in a dashboard. No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Scan, check the table, export, get on with the day.
SCAN THE WAY THE JOB NEEDS
• Batch mode — hold the phone up and sweep a shelf. Every code lands in the list on its own, at Normal, Fast or Turbo speed.
• Single mode — one deliberate scan at a time.
• Manual keypad — type a code the scanner cannot read, letters included.
• Bluetooth scanner guns — pair any HID barcode scanner and the codes type themselves in.
• Drag the scan frame where you want it, so a crowded label reads the right code.

Pick which columns go in, then send the file through the share sheet — to Files, Mail, a cloud drive, whatever you already use. There is no row limit, no item cap and no monthly quota.
IT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
Everything lives on the phone: the scans, the lists, the photos, the exports. A warehouse basement, a container yard, an aircraft hangar, a stockroom with no Wi-Fi — the app does not care. Nothing is uploaded anywhere unless you export it yourself.

The free version scans, counts and exports without limits — one small banner pays for it. Pro removes the banner, adds your logo, header and signature line to PDF exports, and lets you import your own product catalogue. Pro comes as:

The price of each is shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it any time in your account’s subscription settings.

Tallyscan is a scanning and data-collection tool. It does not manage your warehouse, invoice your customers or sync to an ERP — it turns barcodes into a spreadsheet, quickly and offline.

Scanning is steadier and the purchase screen is clearer.
- Bluetooth scanner guns that send no Enter after a code now work: the code is accepted when the keystrokes stop, instead of being dropped silently.
- The manual code field keeps focus after each scan, so a gun can fill a list without the field closing after the first code.
- Codes are cleaned up the same way everywhere, so an invisible character from a gun or an imported file can no longer split one product across two rows.
- A barcode stored as a number in an XLSX catalogue is read correctly instead of gaining a decimal point.
- The monthly plan offers the free trial only to accounts the App Store will actually grant it to, and says so plainly.
