MANAGEMENT MODE — COMPLETELY REBUILT Every screen in the management dashboard has been redesigned: the home screen, customer profiles, job details, requests, timesheets, vendors, and settings. The same visual language as the field app, from the first screen to the last. EVERY JOB HAS ITS OWN COLOR — AND IT’S CONSISTENT EVERYWHERE Choose a job color once, and it follows the job everywhere: in the calendar, the schedule, the job site map, and your team’s app. A shift spanning multiple days is displayed across every day. Nothing is gray anymore. JOBS IN A LIST, GROUPED BY STAGE The kanban board has been replaced with a list that fits on a phone screen. Rings replace the funnel and monthly trend chart. THE JOB PROFILE TELLS YOU EVERYTHING Four groups of tabs, a summary, a read-only footer, and visits that show when they happen and who is assigned. A visit can now span multiple days and include multiple team members. ROUTES The map finally draws the stops and numbers them in order. Distance and drive time are now real road-based estimates, not straight-line calculations. YOUR CUSTOMER CAN FOLLOW THEIR JOB BY TEXT When a job stage changes, the customer receives a text message. Email is now only used for corrections. If two people trigger the same update at the same time, only one message is sent. A green checkmark means the customer received it — nothing more. QUOTES & INVOICES Quotes now show their stage timeline, indicate whether the customer has opened them, and display the acceptance rate for the last 90 days. Invoices now include a “Partially Paid” status and actions directly on each row. PAYROLL WEEK NOW FALLS ON THE CORRECT MONDAY Payroll weeks are anchored to Eastern Time, both in the interface and on the server. The week label was previously shifting by one day without being noticeable. That is now fixed. EMPLOYEE PROFILE An employee’s entire record is now available on a single screen. New employees now see five screens that actually show them what to do, instead of two screens that only explained it. WHAT WASN’T WORKING “Correct a punch” never reached its form, and forgotten punches had no workflow at all. The calendar wasn’t showing assignments. The Apply button failed silently. New employees couldn’t see what they were typing because the field was white on white. The keyboard was also hiding the message input area. All of that is now fixed.

THE APP HAS BEEN REBUILT A new look, from the first screen to the icon. Easier to read outdoors, in full sun and in the dark, with buttons you can hit wearing gloves. THE APP WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL This is the heart of this release. The app now starts with no network, your screens are loaded ahead of the signal dropping, and your data stays on the phone. You punch, you take a job-site photo, you write a message: it all sends itself when service returns, and nothing is lost on the way, even if the app closes in between. THE PUNCH NO LONGER MAKES YOU WAIT It is accepted immediately and the screen says so. No more spinner while a man waits on his own punch. And when there is no signal, the button says so instead of pretending. YOU STAY SIGNED IN WHEN THE NETWORK DROPS An outage could send you back to a login screen that no network could satisfy. Not any more. CCQ PAYROLL Each employee carries their pay regime, CCQ or standard. They can see what is accruing and where it comes from. The hours reserve is capped at 80 and the overflow is paid out. In the office, timesheets export to real Excel, carrying the regime. ATTACHMENTS IN MESSAGES Photos and documents, offline included. A manager can now write first instead of only replying. What matters gets pinned, what is urgent gets flagged, and the alarm can be stopped. NOTIFICATIONS ON YOUR PHONE A message arrives, your phone rings, even with the app closed. You see who wrote and what they said, without opening the app. You are also told when a shift is assigned, changed or cancelled, when one of your requests is decided, and before your shift starts. A badge on the icon says how many things are waiting for you. YOU CAN SEE THE SHIFTS YOU HAVE NOT LOOKED AT YET A dot on the Schedule tab and on the job-site card. It goes out when you open your schedule. THE PUNCH-OUT REMINDER FINALLY WORKS It had existed since the first version and never fired. If you are still clocked in after your shift was due to end, your phone reminds you. A FACE ON EVERY PROFILE Anyone can add their photo, and it shows up wherever their name appears: tasks, messages, requests. You recognize someone at a glance instead of reading a name. THE DASHBOARD SAYS WHAT TO DO "3 items to handle" is now "2 time entries to approve, 1 time-off request", and each line opens straight onto the thing to fix. It also says how many people are on the job right now. A MESSAGES BUTTON IN THE TOP BAR One tap, on both sides of the app. Threads open at the bottom, where the latest message is, and the bar has room to breathe.

ONE-TAP CLOCK IN AND OUT The green button clocks you in, the red one clocks you out. No follow-up question, and the state reads by colour, from a distance, with gloves on. CLOCK IN BY QR CODE Your company can post a code on the job site and ask for it to be scanned at each punch. If the camera will not cooperate, you still clock in: the entry is simply flagged for the office to confirm. The code never blocks anyone. NOTHING IS LOST WITHOUT A SIGNAL Both clock-ins AND clock-outs queue on the phone and send themselves when service returns. The queue is visible on the screen that creates it. A SCHEDULE TAB Your month, one blue dot per day worked. JOB-SITE CARDS BUILT FOR OUTDOORS Full title, an address that opens the map with one tap, instructions visible without scrolling. Buttons too small for a gloved finger have been enlarged. WHEN A PUNCH FAILS, THE APP SAYS WHY Instead of a spinner and silence. ON THE OFFICE SIDE The company's RBQ licence now prints on generated documents. A quote or an invoice can be raised straight from the job-site header. In-app help answers without sending you elsewhere. FIXED Signing out, which left for the browser without signing you out. A manager opening the field screen saw a colleague's punch instead of their own. Amounts now show the decimal comma in French.
