If you live the digital nomad life, you find out a friend was in your city last week — afterwards, in a story. That is how reunions get missed. Everyone writes down roughly where they will be, and Slowmad works out where your paths cross: the same place, in the same weeks, with time left to plan.

PLANS, NOT A TIMETABLE
Nobody knows their exact dates months ahead, which is why an ordinary calendar stays empty. Slowmad takes the dates you actually have:
• "all of October"
• "≈ 5 November"
• "about three weeks"
• "from the 20th, no end yet"
An approximate plan is a real plan here, and crossings are found from it just the same.
SAY IT OUT LOUD
Hold the microphone and say "Istanbul on the fifteenth for about three weeks." Slowmad turns that into a trip — the place, the dates, the note. Plans change, so say that too: "Make Istanbul the 17th, Lisbon is off, and add Tbilisi in December." You see exactly what would change, switch off anything you did not mean, and confirm. Typing works too.
CROSSINGS FIND THEMSELVES
When your stay overlaps a friend's, you both see it in advance. On the map, and on the trip itself.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
• Only the friends you added can see your plans
• No device location. The app never asks for it and cannot read it
• No movement history, no check-ins, no tracking, no advertising
• Any trip can be private, visible only to you
• Report or block anyone from their own screen, and delete a trip or your whole account, from inside the app
