Reach the right screens quickly with a focused K12Cast workspace for announcements, alerts, and building display awareness. K12Cast Admin gives authorized school and organization leaders a simple way to communicate from iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Create an announcement, choose the appropriate building, and publish it to displays or staff without navigating a full administrative console. For urgent situations and drills, preview the expected display reach before activating an alert, then clear it when normal communication can resume. K12Cast Admin includes: • Quick announcement and alert actions on the home screen • Scheduled or immediate announcements • Display, staff, or combined announcement audiences • Prepared alert templates and drill mode • Impact preview before alert activation • A second confirmation for live alerts • Read-only display availability by building • The same roles, permissions, and building scope as K12Cast • Authenticator and recovery-code verification K12Cast Admin is a companion for organizations using the K12Cast service. Explore a local sample workspace without an account; an authorized K12Cast account is required for live communication. Billing, security configuration, integrations, and advanced system administration remain in the full web console.
