Turn a thought into a plan. Capture by voice, text or photo, review the details, and keep your tasks, times and deadlines together. A little more space in your day. Tempo helps you turn the things on your mind into tasks you can act on. Speak, write or capture a photo, then review what Tempo understood before adding it to your day. CAPTURE IN YOUR OWN WORDS Write a quick thought or say several things at once. Tempo helps identify the tasks, dates and urgency in your words. Keep the original capture, review the suggestions and change anything that needs a second look. Voice is transcribed on your iPhone. GIVE YOUR DAY SOME SHAPE Organize tasks in folders and projects, add task times and deadlines, and keep notes alongside your plans. Connect Calendar to see your events with your tasks. Calendar events stay separate from the tasks you create in Tempo. REMEMBER AT THE RIGHT TIME Set task reminders and deadline alerts, with quiet hours. Open the related task from its notification, mark it complete and find it again when you need it. Delivery follows your device's notification and Focus settings. INTELLIGENCE THAT STARTS ON YOUR IPHONE Tempo understands your captures on your iPhone, with Apple Intelligence where it's available. On supported iPhones without it, you can download an on-device model. Your workspace is stored on your device. KEEP CONTROL OF THE DETAILS Review captured tasks, correct their timing or folder, and return to unfinished captures in Activity. Use Tempo without an account, or sign in with Apple or Google. ASK SIRI TO HELP Start a voice or written capture with Siri. On iOS 27, ask Siri to add a task, tell you what's on today, find tasks for a day or week, mark a task as done or move it to a folder. When you leave the folder unspecified, Tempo can choose one of your existing folders on your iPhone. You can correct the folder or turn this off in Settings. DO MORE WITH TEMPO PRO Tempo Pro is an optional subscription. It adds: • Organize: ask Tempo to create folders or file saved work and unfinished captures. Review the AI-assisted proposal, apply it when you're ready and use Undo to reverse an eligible change. • Plans that adapt: find time for flexible tasks within your planning hours and protect the time you want to keep free. • A little foresight: smart suggestions, and urgent alarms for what can't be missed. • Captures read in the cloud first, for sharper tasks, and on your iPhone when you are offline. • Memory for the people you choose, and premium appearances. CLOUD ONLY WHEN YOU CHOOSE IT Cloud intelligence is off until you turn it on, and Tempo shows what will be shared first. With it on, Tempo Pro reads each capture in the cloud first, and on your iPhone without a connection. On iPhones that support Apple's Private Cloud Compute, most of Tempo Pro's cloud work runs there. Other iPhones, and a few requests on every iPhone, use Tempo's own service. Smart suggestions prepared while Tempo is closed are written on Tempo's service. Jev by TypeSafe AI checks timing, urgency and some proposed changes against your words. Voice recordings and photos stay on your iPhone. MAKE TEMPO YOURS Choose English or European Portuguese in Settings, with light and dark appearances and support for larger text. Tempo is for people aged 18 and over. Tempo Pro renews automatically unless cancelled. The App Store shows the price before you subscribe.
