T minus 90
A mission, not a streak

iPhone
Pick one Work quest and one Life quest. Then your phone becomes mission control for 90 days: a countdown to Launch Day, powered by momentum instead of streaks.
All it takes is 90 days to make a change.
Most habit apps are built for infinite maintenance, and get deleted by week four. T minus 90 takes the launch-countdown metaphor seriously: your change has a start, a middle, and a Launch Day.
ONE MISSION, TWO QUESTS
Pick exactly one Work quest and one Life quest. Not twelve habits, not a life overhaul. Each gets a finish line and a daily minimum small enough to survive a bad day. The day you commit, the clock reads T-90 and starts counting down.
UNDER 60 SECONDS A DAY
Mission Control shows your countdown, two tap-to-check-in quest cards, and your fuel gauge. Check two boxes, maybe jot one line. That's the whole daily surface, and it never grows beyond a minute.
MOMENTUM, NOT STREAKS
The broken streak is the moment most habit apps die. T minus 90 has no streak to break. Completing your daily minimums fills a momentum fuel gauge; a missed day lets it drift down a little. It can never crash to zero from one chaotic Tuesday, and it's always recoverable.
A SIDEKICK, NOT A DRILL SERGEANT
One warm line a day, never shame. On a low-fuel day, the app delivers the message you wrote to your future self on day one. Optional evening nudges stay silent on days you've already checked in.
THE WEEKLY DEBRIEF
Every week: an honest fuel chart, a quest-by-quest grid, when your check-ins actually land, and permission to revise the plan. A mission you adjust in week three is a mission that survives to week twelve.
WIDGETS THAT DO THE NUDGING
Lock-screen and home-screen widgets keep the countdown in view, with tap-to-check-in right from your home screen.
LAUNCH DAY
On T-0, a celebration, then your shareable Mission Report: momentum arc, best week, and your eight life areas rated before and after. Archive the mission and start the next one.
YOUR DATA, YOUR FILES
Export everything you have entered as JSON, or your daily log as CSV, straight from Settings. No accounts, no analytics, no ads. Your mission lives on your device and in your own private iCloud.
Built on the Quarterly Quests method: reflect on where you are, align on where you're going, plan the two quests that get you there.
Ratings & Reviews

Your data, in your hands. A new Settings screen (the gear on Mission Control) exports everything you have entered as a JSON file, or your daily log as a CSV for Numbers or Excel. Files are made on your iPhone and go only where you send them.
Widgets grew up too: a Launch Day celebration when the countdown reaches T-0, a friendlier look before your first mission, proper support for tinted and clear home screens, and VoiceOver labels on the check-in buttons. They also update the moment a mission starts or ends.
The whole app now follows your Text Size setting (Dynamic Type), including the accessibility sizes, so it reads as large as the rest of your phone.
Ready for iPhone Duo. On the open display, Mission Control puts the countdown and fuel gauge beside your quest cards instead of stretching one column across the screen, and the Log, Debrief, and Settings keep a readable width. When the phone is partly folded, the countdown stays on one side of the hinge and the tappable cards on the other.
Also fixed: the keyboard can always be dismissed, with a Done button above it on every screen.
