EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO START PLAYING
Pick up your guitar, open the app and start making music.
YMA Guitar Tuner brings your everyday guitar essentials together in one beautiful place: a precise tuner, metronome, complete chord chart and reference tones.
No jumping between apps. No ads. No subscription. Just your guitar and everything you need to enjoy playing it.
TUNE WITH CONFIDENCE
Play a string and the app recognises which one you're tuning, then gently guides you towards the right pitch.
• Automatic string detection
• Live frequency displayed to two decimal places
• Stable, easy-to-read tuning display
• Lock any string when you want to focus on it
• Clear arrows guide you up or down
• Green needle and string let you know when you're in tune
Tune up, settle in, and you're ready to play.
ALTERNATE TUNINGS, CAPO & INTONATION
Built for the way guitarists really play.
• Six tunings: Standard, Drop D, Eb (half step down), DADGAD, Open G and Open D — string buttons, reference tones and detection all follow your choice
• Capo on frets 1–7: the app shows and tunes the notes that actually sound, and draws the capo on the fretboard
• Intonation check: fret each string at the 12th and see at once whether your bridge saddles need adjusting
THEN MAKE SOME MUSIC
Tuning takes a moment. Playing is where the fun begins.
That's why your metronome, chord chart and reference tones are already waiting right beside your tuner.
No extra purchases. Nothing else to unlock.
METRONOME
Find a comfortable groove and let it carry you.
Choose any tempo from 40 to 220 BPM — a steady click in 4/4 or 3/4, or a strum trainer: folk, rock, country, ballad, reggae, waltz, with downstrokes, upstrokes and rests.
Whether you're learning your first rhythm or simply enjoying a quiet practice session, your beat is always there when you need it.
COMPLETE GUITAR CHORD CHART
Found a chord you don't know yet?
Your chord chart is right there.
Browse 108 guitar chord shapes in 12 keys on one page, open the chart full screen with a single tap and pinch to zoom into individual fingerings for a closer look.
Learn a chord, try it on your guitar, find another — and before long, you're playing.
REFERENCE TONES
Sometimes the simplest way to tune is just to listen.
Hear the target pitch for each string and match it by ear — a simple, musical way to become more familiar with the sound of your instrument.
ONE PURCHASE. YOUR GUITAR TOOLKIT.
No ads.
No subscription.
No recurring charges.
No account, sign-up or email address.
Buy the app once and your tuner, metronome, chord chart and reference tones are all there from the very first moment.
PRIVATE & OFFLINE
Your microphone signal is analysed directly on your device. Nothing needs to be uploaded, and the tuner works without an internet connection.
Your guitar doesn't need Wi-Fi. Neither should your tuner.
MAKE IT YOURS
Choose dark walnut or black steel and set the mood with three backdrops.
Club stage, recording studio or desert road — choose the atmosphere that feels right, pick up your guitar and play.
The retro-futuristic interface was designed to feel less like another utility on your phone and more like a little companion for your instrument.
IN YOUR LANGUAGE
YMA Guitar Tuner is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese and Arabic, with familiar regional note names where appropriate.
Designed for acoustic and electric guitar — six tunings, capo up to the 7th fret, from Drop D at 73 Hz to the high E.
Tune it. Find a chord. Catch the beat. Play something.
