Guitarleler now runs on every device you own. Apple Watch — the tuner and the metronome on your wrist. Your instruments and your presets come across from the phone, and the crown walks the strings. iPad — the tuner, the chords and the metronome lay out in columns when the screen is on its side. Mac — the whole app in a window. Chords are drawn on a fretboard rather than on a grid, every kind of chord is offered, and the shapes you keep are saved on the instrument they belong to. The chord you are looking at is shown on that instrument's own neck. The metronome keeps presets, and each device remembers the speed it was left at. The needle now takes its reading from the phase of the string, which is far finer than before. A low A no longer reads an octave out through an iPad microphone.
