No signal at the festival? Muster points you to your friends over Bluetooth. No internet, no accounts, and your location goes only to your squad. Lost your friends in a crowd with no signal? Muster points you to each other. Start a squad, let your friends scan its QR code, and an arrow shows the direction and distance to each of them — and to the rally point you picked. Phones in the squad share their locations directly with each other over Bluetooth, so it works when the mobile network is overloaded or gone. • Arrows to every teammate, with distance • A rally point everyone's arrow can point to • Save a place from your maps app and turn it into the rally point • Mark yourself as staying put so friends know to come to you • Backup squads: set one up with your family in advance, keep it put away, and activate it in an emergency Private by design • No internet, no accounts, no servers. Your location goes only to your squad, encrypted with a key that only they have. • Squads always end: after at most 12 hours, or 24 hours for an activated backup squad. Nothing is kept afterwards. • Muster shares your location only while it's open on your screen. Lock your phone and it stops. Good to know • Everyone needs Muster open on their screen to see each other. • Teammates need to be within Bluetooth range of someone in the squad. How far that reaches depends on your surroundings.
