Turn every photo you take into a record anyone can verify. EverStamp puts date, time and location in the image, and an independent service timestamps the whole file. Whoever receives the file verifies it themselves, in the browser, with no account. Always the same moment: later, someone wants to know how it was back then. You take the photos at the moment it still costs you nothing. They are there when you need them. WHAT PEOPLE REACH FOR IT FOR • Moving in and out: meter readings, the state of the place at handover, the deposit. • Picking up or returning a car: scratches, mileage and fuel, before and after the trip. • Buying or selling secondhand: the condition at purchase, shipping and receipt. • Damage and nuisance: a leak, building damage, an incident, unchanged since that moment. • Work done: before and after, hidden work before it is closed up, extra work. • Your own work: the first record of a photo or a design, with its provenance. HOW IT WORKS Every photo gets a bar with the device clock, the place and your name or company. The bar sits in the image itself, so it survives a printout. In the background the device signs every shot with a key in its secure hardware, and the photos stand in a sequence: each one refers to the previous one. When you close the file, the whole thing is timestamped by a qualified trust service under eIDAS Article 41, and its existence is noted in our public log. Any change after that shows up. The time on the bar is the device clock; the time that counts is the timestamp. What the photo shows stays for the viewer to judge: EverStamp records, the weight of it is for the recipient to decide. THE RECIPIENT Share the file as an archive, as a PDF report or as a link. The recipient opens it in the browser and sees at a glance whether everything checks out, with the explanation next to it. The signatures and the timestamp are open standards (C2PA and RFC 3161) and can be checked without us; only the check against our register goes through us. YOU KEEP THE FILE The photos stay on your phone, with three exceptions we name here: a share link you make yourself, photos you deliver at an organisation's request, and files kept with us once your organisation switches that on. In those cases an encrypted copy comes to us. Our public log holds only the file's fingerprint, the serial number and time of its timestamp, a device identifier and the file's identifier. If you work for an organisation or at its request, our registry also keeps the name of the file, the checklist and what you filled in, for that organisation only. BASIS AND PLUS Basis gives you one file a month, with the same seal as in Plus. Plus gives five files a month, the customer's signature on site, backup to your own cloud, your logo on the report and share links with a password, valid for up to 90 days. A subscription runs through the App Store and can be cancelled there.
