Your prescriber moves you from a daily pill to a weekly injection, your dose changes, your pharmacy swaps brands — and most trackers respond by wiping your history and starting you over. Gleam doesn't. WHY GLEAM IS DIFFERENT • Built for the switch — the Med-Switch wizard carries your dose history and streak from your old plan into the new one, instead of resetting you to zero. • Supply you can see — tell Gleam how many doses you have and it counts them down as you log, then warns you in time to arrange a refill. • An injection-site map — Gleam remembers where you logged each shot and shows which spot has gone longest without one, so rotating is easy to keep up. • Built for pills AND shots, equally — pick your mode and the app adapts: oral mode adds a live fasting countdown, injection mode skips what you don't need. • A visit summary — one page gathering the doses, side effects and weigh-ins you entered, plus your own questions, ready to share at your next appointment. • Honest and private — no account, no ads, no analytics, no data collection. Everything you log stays on your device. WHAT GLEAM IS (AND ISN'T) Gleam is a personal log, not a medical device and not medical advice. It does not calculate doses, does not convert between medications, has no medication database, and never tells you how much to take — you type in what your prescriber gave you, and Gleam simply keeps the record. Side-effect notes are for your own reference, not a diagnosis. Always follow your prescriber's instructions when starting, stopping or changing any medication. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Gleam has no account system and makes no network connections. Every dose, note and weigh-in you log — including through a switch — is stored only on your device. There's nothing to sync, nothing to sell, and nothing to lose if you'd rather stay offline.
