TWO MINUTES FOR YOU Choose Daily Lift for cheeks, smile, and lips, or Easy Reset for brows, eyes, and smile. Each complete two-minute practice follows three movements over two rounds, with short preparation pauses, spoken chapter introductions, clear on-screen cues, and an up-next preview. Save a practice to your journal only if you followed along. Replays do not add extra daily completions. SEE THE MOVEMENT Explore eight individual movement studies: cheek lift, forward kiss, easy smile, brow lift, soft blink, EE–woo, gentle jaw opening, and brow knit and release. Portrait demonstrations use original fictional AI-generated adult models. Switch to an animated, abstract muscle guide at the same point in playback. Pause, replay, expand, and control the original audio. The new jaw and brow demonstrations include short voice cues. BUILD A HABIT AT YOUR PACE Try the optional seven-practice starter path. One completed two-minute practice per day counts; missed days never erase your progress. Check in as Ready, Taking it easy, or Rest day. Choose a weekly check-in goal and an optional daily reminder. Rest days count as check-ins. Watching a demo does not record completed exercise. MAKE IT YOUR OWN WITH FORME PLUS The optional one-time Forme Plus purchase unlocks creating, saving, and playing personal two-minute routines. Choose three movements and follow two rounds with on-screen cues, voice guidance and quiet music. Sound starts on and can be muted during practice. Existing routines, individual movement previews, the starter path, and journal remain free. Restore your purchase with the same Apple Account. TAKE A QUIET PAUSE Make room for a short guided pause with voice guidance and an optional electronic soundtrack. KEEP A PRIVATE JOURNAL Record reflections and optional progress photos on your iPhone. Compare photos, add notes, export selected images, and delete your history or photos separately. Forme does not give appearance scores. SIMPLE AND PRIVATE No Forme account or advertising. Core practices and your journal work offline. Optional purchases use Apple and RevenueCat to process purchase records and manage access. Photos and face-framing processing stay on your device; local data may be included in your normal device backup. EVIDENCE AND COMFORT Research on cosmetic facial exercise is preliminary. These demonstrations are not proven to reduce facial fat, reshape your jaw, or treat a condition. Muscle colors show anatomical areas, not measured activation.
