WHY EVIDENCE MATTERS
Hiring for early-career roles runs on claims that nobody has time to check. That is hard on employers, who have to guess, and harder on students without a network to vouch for them. Evidence an employer can check changes who gets a fair look.
InTransparency works with universities, ITS and technical schools, so the work you do during your studies can carry into the job you get after them.
Your profile is private until you decide otherwise — you choose what is public and what stays yours.
Ratings & Reviews

• Attach your work from an iPhone: reports, decks, recordings and theses, up to 100 MB each.
• Larger files now upload from any phone.
• On iPhone, choose your CV straight from Files.
• Search by place: type a city or country.
• Yearly pay: pick a range on a chart showing how many openings sit at each level, or sort by highest or lowest pay.
• Filter by the languages an ad asks for.
• A role's requirements are grouped into Skills, Tools and Soft skills.
• For you downloads less data, and "Why this matches" is read from the role you open.
