Signature, photo, time and location – the delivery note reaches the customer instantly. With radio: hold the button and talk. NovaLiefer is the driver app for small transport, courier and removal companies. Dispatch creates tours in the web portal tour.babala.ch, the driver works through them in the app – and every delivery is documented with signature, photos, time and location. HOW IT WORKS • Dispatch registers the company at tour.babala.ch, adds drivers and creates tours with stops. • The driver signs in to the app with the credentials from their company and sees the tour of the day. • Per stop: start navigation, call the customer, record the delivery. PROOF OF DELIVERY • Recipient signs directly on the screen • Photos of the drop-off location or of damage • Name of the receiving person, time and GPS position are recorded automatically • "Not delivered" with reason (nobody present, refused, …) • The delivery note is sent automatically as PDF by e-mail to the recipient, with a link to the online proof page WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL In a tunnel or basement the delivery is stored on the device and sent as soon as the connection is back. RADIO • Hold the talk button, speak, release – dispatch and colleagues hear the message instantly, even on a locked device • Company channel for everyone or direct channel to one person • Text messages included LIVE MAP FOR DISPATCH During a running tour dispatch sees where the vehicles are and which stops are done. Location reporting ends automatically with the tour. WHO IT IS FOR Courier services, furniture and goods delivery, removal companies, trades with material deliveries, bakeries and food distributors – companies with 1 to 15 vehicles that do not need large freight software. PRICE The app is free. The company books the service in the web portal: Start with 1 vehicle and up to 50 deliveries per month free, then CHF 19 per vehicle and month, cancellable monthly. There are no purchases in the app. NOTE The app can only be used with credentials issued by your own company. Location is transmitted only during a running tour.
