HOW IT WORKS
• Scan a card with your camera or pick a photo from your gallery
• Name, company, title, phone, email, website, and address are read automatically
• Review the details before saving and correct anything if needed
• Add to your contacts with one tap, or match an existing contact and fill in what's missing
BATCH SCANNING
Came back from a conference or meeting with a stack of cards? Scan them one after another with batch scanning, then review them all at once.
CARD ARCHIVE
Every scanned card is stored in the app along with its photo. Search by person, company, tag, or note; mark favorites, and sort by company or date added. You can also add the back of the card.
QUICK ACTIONS
Open a card and call, message on WhatsApp, send an email, open the website, or show the address on the map — without saving it to your contacts first. Actions with missing information stay disabled, so you never call the wrong number.
FOLLOW-UP REMINDERS
Leave yourself a note like "send a quote on Tuesday," pick a date and time. See your pending and completed follow-ups in the Reminders section. Never forget someone you just met.
YOUR OWN DIGITAL BUSINESS CARD
Bring your details, photo, or logo together on one card. Let people scan your QR code so your contact info goes straight into their phone. No internet connection needed. You can also share the card as an image or a VCF file.
DUPLICATE CHECK
If the phone number or email already exists in your contacts, the app warns you. You can fill in the missing details on the existing contact, create a separate entry, or leave without changing anything. Your existing contact information is never deleted.
BACKUP AND TRANSFER
Back up your cards — photos, notes, tags, and reminders included — into a single file. Restore from that file when you switch phones.
PRIVACY
Text recognition runs entirely on your device and needs no internet connection. Kartvizit Cep never sends any data to a server. No account required; no ads, no subscription.
NOTE
Splitting text into name, company, title, and address is a rule-based guess; a flawless result isn't guaranteed for every card design. That's why the app asks you to review the fields before saving.
