Barya is loose change, and that is what it costs. Type the amount, tap what it was for, and it is saved. No account, no internet, no subscription.
Most expense apps make you open a form. Barya opens on a keypad.
Type the amount. Tap what it was for. That is the whole thing: no save button, no form, no second screen, no keyboard sliding up over your hand. The entry is written before your finger leaves the glass, and the total at the top has already changed.
DO THE MATH WHERE YOU ENTER IT
Split a bill as 1200 / 4. Add a jeepney ride as 13 + 13. The answer is filed, and the sum stays beside it so you remember why.
SCAN A RECEIPT
Point the camera at a receipt and tap. Barya reads the total using the text recognition built into your iPhone, then hands the amount to the keypad for you to check.
The photo is deleted immediately. Nothing is uploaded. It works in airplane mode.
IMPORT A STATEMENT
Open a bank or card statement saved as a PDF. Barya finds the transactions and shows every row before importing. Untick anything you do not want. Nothing is added behind your back.

One tap records an expense. UNDO takes it back. Edit the amount, category, or date later. Restore an accidental deletion before it disappears.
SEE WHERE IT WENT
Browse a ledger grouped by day, charts for 14 days, 90 days, or 12 months, and a monthly breakdown by category.
Daily and monthly budgets appear as calm strips of dots. Filled is spent. Empty is what remains. No red warnings and no app telling you off.
MAKE IT YOURS
Create your own categories and arrange them so the ones you use most sit nearest your thumb. Choose from 26 currencies, with Philippine peso first.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No sign-in. No bank connection. No analytics. No advertising. Barya makes no network requests.
Your ledger is encrypted on your phone. Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode can lock the app whenever you leave it.
Export to CSV or make a JSON backup that restores onto a new phone. Your data remains in a format you can open without Barya.
