Select from multiple different diets or nutrition approaches. Manually set limits for Macros you are tracking and receive local notifications when limits or goals are reached. Option to track protein by weight. Option to integrate intermittent fasting and receive notifications when in fasting window and when its going to end.
NutriOptix prioritizes privacy by using the on-device AI models to provide nutritional information. You choose to share with Apple Health. Data is securely and privately stored on-device and in iCloud. In instances where on-device models aren't available food item names maybe shared with a 3rd-party api for nutritional information.
