PLAN THE CONVERSATION Pick what you want out of it and what you are willing to give. Bravy keeps the planned conversations beside the people they concern, and reminds you of the commitments that came out of the last one. THEN REHEARSE IT Have the conversation first with an AI partner that plays the other person: the colleague who deflects, the manager who talks over you, the peer who takes the credit. Speak out loud, or type it. It pushes back the way people push back. A DEBRIEF, NOT A GRADE Afterwards Bravy reads the transcript and shows you the moment it turned — what you said, why it landed that way, and what would have worked instead. Run it again and try the other thing. SWITCH CHAIRS Play the other side for a turn. It is uncomfortable, and it is the fastest way to hear yourself. Nothing from your journal is sent anywhere unless you confirm it on a screen showing exactly what goes, with stand-in names.
