Your team’s numbers, conversations, and next steps in one place. Dual Dash helps managers coach consistently and employees see their progress.
You’re responsible for helping your team perform. But when goals, performance data, conversations, and follow-up live in different places, it’s hard to know where to focus and what happens next.
Dual Dash brings them together. Managers can see who needs support, have more useful conversations, and keep commitments moving. Employees can see how they’re doing, contribute to their 1:1s, and take an active role in their growth.
For managers:
Scorecards: Track KPIs against benchmarks and see where someone may need coaching.
1:1 and group meetings: Bring agendas, performance context, notes, and previous commitments into the conversation.
Work plans: Set goals, assign tasks, and follow through on action items.
Growth plans: Help employees build skills and work toward their next opportunity.
Performance reviews: Connect feedback and development to the work and conversations happening throughout the year.
Surveys and ideas: Hear what your team is experiencing and give employees a way to share suggestions.
Chat: Keep everyday communication close to the work.
For employees:
See your progress: View your scorecard, KPIs, and goals so you know where you stand.
Take part in your 1:1s: Add to the agenda, discuss what matters, and keep track of next steps.
Own your work: Update goals, tasks, and action items as work moves forward.
Grow with intention: Work with your manager on a growth plan and prepare for performance reviews.
Make your voice heard: Share ideas, respond to surveys, and stay connected through chat.
Dual Dash helps teams turn performance information into conversations, conversations into action, and action into progress.
