Rapport is built for independent tradespeople and field professionals: electrical work, repairs, maintenance and inspections. Use it on iPhone or iPad, in English or French.
DOCUMENT THE WORK
Start with a Service visit, Inspection or Before / after template. Add the client, site, date and your observations. Record completed work, reservations and follow-up items. Optionally include start and end times and the job duration.
SHOW THE RESULT
Add photos and captions. Highlight a detail with an arrow, a circle or text. Keep your before-and-after observations together.
PUT YOUR BUSINESS ON THE PDF
Add your logo, business name, address, contact details and business registration or tax ID. Empty fields stay hidden. Preview the PDF before sharing it.
GET THE CLIENT’S SIGNATURE
After reading the report, the client can sign on your screen and add their name and reservations. The signed PDF is kept. To edit the report, create a new unsigned revision; the previous signed PDF remains available.
PREPARE THE EMAIL
Prepare an editable message with the PDF attached, then confirm sending in your email app. If Apple Mail is not configured, use the share sheet; supported message fields depend on the chosen app. Rapport does not access your inbox or send messages automatically.
KEEP YOUR CLIENTS HANDY
Save clients, contacts and job sites locally for your next visit. Search your report library whenever you need a previous document.
WORK OFFLINE
Create reports and generate PDFs without an internet connection. Reports stay on your device. Export a backup to keep a copy or transfer your data. There is no automatic sync between iPhone and iPad.

Pro is available as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
PLEASE NOTE
Rapport documents your observations; it does not certify compliance. Signatures are collected on screen without verifying the signatory’s identity. Your own report text is not automatically translated. English and French follow your device’s preferred language; existing signed PDFs remain unchanged.
