LOG AN ATTACK IN ABOUT TWENTY SECONDS
Severity, when it started and ended, where it hurt, which symptoms showed up, what you took and whether it helped. Every field except severity is optional and the form opens already filled in, because nobody wants to work through a questionnaire while their head is splitting.
SEE THE PATTERNS YOU CANNOT HOLD IN YOUR HEAD
Once you have a handful of entries, Green Light shows how often attacks come, how long they last, how severe they have been, and which of your tags keep appearing. It can also record the barometric pressure at the moment you log, which is the one trigger nobody can notice on their own.

A GREEN LIGHT SCREEN
Research into light and headache drew attention to narrow-band green. Green Light fills your screen with it. On an OLED display, pure green lights only the green sub-pixel, which is the narrowest band a phone can produce, and the app says plainly which colours do that and which do not.
