SLEEP MUSIC A curated catalog of calm instrumental tracks, organized by mood - nature, deep sleep, meditation, piano, and ambient. Each track loops seamlessly so it can carry you through the night without a jarring restart. SLEEP TALK-DOWNS Narrated relaxation sessions - body scans, breathing exercises, and guided wind-downs - in a choice of soothing male and female voices. Press play, close your eyes, and let the session do the rest. SLEEP TIMER Set a timer for 5 to 60 minutes, or stop at the end of the current track. Playback fades out gently instead of cutting off, so the silence never wakes you. WORKS FULLY OFFLINE Every track and session ships inside the app. Nothing to stream, nothing to download, no account, no sign-in.
