Horevia balances duties, nights, weekends, holidays, hours and consecutive days across the team, and carries fairness over from month to month. • It respects your rules: who can do what, minimum rest, no back-to-back duties, incompatible same-day tasks, and rest the day after a duty (nöbet ertesi izin). • See it as a real grid — people down the side, days across the top. EDIT BY HAND, WITH THE COST IN VIEW • Hand a duty to someone else and see the impact before you apply it: how many duties move, who is affected, and whether any hard rule would break. • Lock an assignment so a re-solve never moves it. Clear a cell. Mark someone away. • Approve or reject leave requests; an approved leave is always honoured.
