Health Science charts the health data already on your iPhone — and does it properly.
Apple Health stores years of running, sleep, steps, resting heart rate and weight, but it only shows you a few weeks at a time. Health Science reads the same data and draws the chart you actually wanted: the whole history, at the resolution the question needs.
WHAT IT DRAWS
• Running pace — every run over three months, six months, a year, or all of it, with faster runs higher up the axis. Your best run is circled; breaks in training are marked, not silently bridged.
• Pace spread — each week of running as a ridge, so a steady week looks different from a scattered one.
• Pace against heart rate — this season's runs contoured against your earlier ones. When the recent contours sit higher, you are running faster at the same effort.
• Steps by time of day — when your movement happens, not just how much of it there was.
• Sleep — duration night after night, plus the clock times you actually slept, which a bar chart cannot show.
• Resting heart rate and weight over any range, with trend lines that stop at gaps instead of guessing through them.
FIVE LOOKS, SAME DATA
Notebook draws in blue ink on graph paper. Instrument is a black panel with orange dot-matrix readouts. Terrain tints by elevation over contour lines. Matrix is phosphor green. System keeps the stock iOS look. Every chart renders in every theme.
PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION
There is no networking code in this app. Not disabled, not opt-out — absent. No account to create, no server to sync with, no analytics, no advertising identifier, no third-party SDKs of any kind. Your health data is read from Apple Health on your device, drawn on your device, and never stored anywhere else. You choose which categories to share, and you can revoke any of them in Settings at any time.
