TRENDS Your symptoms in charts you can look at from different angles, across weeks and months, so you can see the patterns in your own data. BIG PICTURE A whole year in one view. Pick up to three things you track, symptoms or everyday factors in any mix, and see the long stretches that a week never shows. CYCLE Periods and cycle phases on a month calendar, and your symptoms and factors viewable alongside your tracked periods, so your month reads as one story. Bring your past periods with you by importing them from your period tracking app. MY HEALTH Your record in one place: conditions, diagnosed or suspected, lab results you enter, procedures, medications and supplements, food reactions, and the documents you choose to keep, all linked together. Create a summary of what you logged for your next appointment. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads and no ad tracking. We never sell your data and never share it with employers, insurers or data brokers. Orliea does not use AI on user data. Your record is stored in the EU under European data protection law, wherever you live. No passwords to leak: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Extra privacy with App Lock: once it is turned on, Orliea can only be opened with your face, fingerprint or phone passcode. Export a copy of everything, or delete your account and all of your data, at any time. ALSO Reminders at the times you choose. MEMBERSHIP Orliea is paid for by its members, not by advertising.
