Press and hold the timer, or tap the look chip on Home, to pick from 110 looks: the ring, a flip clock, an hourglass, a pebble tower, or a full-screen scene that changes slowly with your session, like a farmhouse at dawn or a sailboat coming into harbor. One scene is free every month. Make the focus screen yours: stickers, a one-line note for the session, and your own color and size for the ring and flip clock. Your Home screen, widgets and Apple Watch follow the look you chose. Sessions, methods and the calm way ReFocus brings you back are unchanged.
